I just made vegan grilled cheese in sesame oil with broccoli, all sorts of peppers, carrots, tomato, cucumber, and a few kinds of vegan cheese (daiya pepperjack & mozzarella, and maybe cheddar or american?? not by daiya, by some brand that actually doesnt taste very good by itself, but mixed in its fine)… and green apple and cinnamon…. and it’s delicious. :O
